No Returns or Refunds for Customized Orders

Please note that customized jerseys (including name, number, or badge personalization) are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Returns for Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damage

Returns are only accepted in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during transit

A return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refunds if the request is made beyond this timeframe.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.



Refund Process (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.



Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account for any updates.

  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  • Reach out to your bank, as there may be additional processing delays.
