Size Exchange Policy

Did the size not fit you correctly? Please do not worry. A size exchange request can be raised within 2–3 days of delivery.

Important:

  • Exchanges are not applicable if the order was made during a sale or a discount coupon was used during checkout.

  • Customized items cannot be returned, as they are made specially for you.

  • If there is any manufacturing defect, kindly email us at orders@shopezzy.com within 1-2 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Size Exchange

To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Be returned with all tags attached, in its original condition, along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other papers if any

  • Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted

 



Shipping

  • A reverse shipping fee of ₹100 per order will be charged, regardless of the number of items.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the new size.

 



Additional Notes

  • Items purchased using a discount coupon or during a sale are not eligible for exchange.

  • Requests for exchange are accepted only once per order.

  • Cancellations are possible only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
