Size Exchange Policy
Did the size not fit you correctly? Please do not worry. A size exchange request can be raised within 2–3 days of delivery.
Important:

Exchanges are not applicable if the order was made during a sale or a discount coupon was used during checkout.

Customized items cannot be returned, as they are made specially for you.

If there is any manufacturing defect, kindly email us at orders@shopezzy.com within 1-2 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Size Exchange
To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

Be returned with all tags attached, in its original condition, along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other papers if any

Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted
Shipping

A reverse shipping fee of ₹100 per order will be charged, regardless of the number of items.

Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the new size.

Items purchased using a discount coupon or during a sale are not eligible for exchange.

Requests for exchange are accepted only once per order.

Cancellations are possible only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
