Exchange Policy



Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at support@shopezzy.com.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.


Size Exchange Policy

In case of a size issue, the following charges will apply:

  • ₹99 per product will be charged for the exchange process.

  • ₹99 reshipping fee will be applicable for the new shipment.

  • You must return the product in its original condition before the exchange is processed.



Example: If you are exchanging 3 jerseys because of size issues, the total charges would be:

  • ₹99 × 3 = ₹297 for exchange

  • ₹99 for reshipping (flat fee)

  • Total: ₹396

Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate a new shipment with the updated size.
